In a way...I kind of feel sorry for Sanchez. Elway's ineptitude has set him up to be a scapegoat. He's a career back-up thrown into leading a SB defending team. He is what he is...and Donko entitlement-land is expecting a 5 million dollar savior. They are starting to direct their anger at the wrong source...
Horseface botched this off-season in glorious fashion...and his alcoholic-ass is, now, passive-aggressively dissing Brock in the media. Making it look like Osweiler is to blame for the QB predicament. His inflated ego just cant handle it...he's used to always getting his way. Everyone's fault but his own...truth is a hot light.
There is a reason Denver's star player was cutting him out of photos... and Manning doesnt like him. [Reply]

So he couldn't say "no, I absolutely did not" because he'd be on record lying. What that response says to me is "depends on what the NFL decides". An innocent man would say "No, I did not" without blinking....and it would not be contingent on someone else's judgement. Sounds like he has "lawyered up"....
He's going to get a suspension at some point...
He shot himself like an idiot and only a stupid person would believe otherwise. Roger probably will do nothing since he was taken to the cleaners by the media with the Brady thing. He needs a win so I doubt anything happens since Talib wasn't charged with anything. [Reply]

I haven't read if they've closed the case or still investigating. I'm expecting Talib to be suspended, and they'll appeal it... but, I can see him missing at least a month. Great player, but his $.10 brain is going to create another scenario where they walk from him.
I might have misread it, but I think they can walk and take $2M dead money next year. [Reply]
Aqib Talib was too intoxicated to remember what happened that night, while carrying a gun. That is a criminal offense in Texas, irregardless of anything else. [Reply]

It hasn't been confirmed that Talib had a gun that night. The weapon that was used that night still hasn't been found. [Reply]
