This is a massive hole that is filled for the #chiefs. Trent McDuffie is considered by almost everyone as the 3rd best CB in this draft. The first two went off the board at 3 and 4.
The @Chiefs make a big move for a top CB (and my model's #8 overall prospect) in Trent McDuffie, who allowed 3.1 yards/target in 2021 at Washington (best in FBS, min. 30 targets).
Could be a key piece to counter the wealth of receiving talent in the AFC come playoff time!

I bet Andy is careful with him. I mean they held him out 8 weeks for a hamstring which is usually less than that. I think they have concerns about it.

He's been practicing for the last three weeks, according to Spags. He didn't want to [put him back out there until Trent had gotten some practice with all the new plays they'd installed while McDuffie was recovering.
Spags said he felt that Trent was mostly caught up now. [Reply]

It has nothing to do with them being concerned. It's about them being smart and making sure he is 100% and no risk to get reinjured. Hamstring injuries can fuck up an entire season if not healed.
Andy isn't going to limit him tomorrow. He's ready to go and they know it. I think it's pretty clear that they believe he's 100% because if they didn't, then he wouldn't even be playing. [Reply]
Everyone talks about tape on Quarterbacks but Tits don't have much tape on McDuffie and Spags had an extra week to scheme and he has been blitz happy with corners lately.. [Reply]

Do you have evidence supporting the statement that players are normally back from hamstring injuries before 8 weeks under Andy Reid? Especially when they very easily could have been waiting for the bye out of caution.
The Arizona turf killed half our team that day. I really don't understand why people are blaming a player for it. Especially one that doesn't have an injury history. [Reply]
Anyone else notice Trent and his hammy chasing down Henry from behind and making the tackle? It must have held up to that extreme of a circumstance. [Reply]
