Yeah, that was a bottom round roast, those I can slice and the thicker slices keep me from going back for seconds. The other types of roast just fall apart into shreds but are more tender with the extra fat rendered out. [Reply]
So what's everyone cooking for the big game? I'm thinking about doing a bunch of fried wings in BBQ sauce (don't really care for buffalo sauce) and 7 layer dip. [Reply]

One food I couldn't live without. Cheese.
Same for me I have made sandwiches substituting 2 slices of cheese for bread. All the starches boats me and seems heavy. But don't get me wrong I will eat breads and alot of some.
I really think packing a lunch for so many years has killed any love for sandwiches and bread. [Reply]

I love the Buffalo wings but this time year dry colder air and wind's my lips just dry up and crack no matter how much chapstick. Eating hot wings is like when your a kid and fall off bike and road rash your knees good and grandma gets out a bottle off isopropyl alcohol and cleans then follows up with iodine. [Reply]

I heard that... Come the end of the growing season if I ever see a sandwich it will be too soon. Then the next one comes along.

So I decided I would fire up the smoker. I haven't went after the meat yet.
were only into summer, so we are enjoying the sandwich meals. schnitzels, sausages, sliced meats, and tons of veggies.
im actually at a crossroads as i have about 5 canoe sized zucchini's on the counter waiting to be eaten. i will do a few of them stuffed with chicken or beef/chorizo and stuffs, but man, that is a lot of zucchini :-)
and your second quote sounded a little 'wrong turn-ish' if you know what i mean :-) [Reply]
