Broncos OLB Baron Browning has been in San Francisco-area working with famed trainer Frank Matrisciano, who has also trained Von Miller over the years. Dubbed “Hell’s Trainer,” Matrisciano is big on running hills and outdoor steps. Browning will be in top shape in 2023. #9sports
It seems like the broncos are targeting every available person with a criminal history or other unethical things. They got Sean Payton, who was suspended for damaging the integrity of the game. Now they're targeting Winston the shoplifter. They were (and maybe still are) courting Matt Patricia the rapist. He's mentioned Kareem Hunt, who nudged a woman with his foot. Of course, last year they signed Randy "Medellin Cartel" Gregory. I think I've figured out their strategy. [Reply]

It doesn't look like Winston has much of a market as far as being a bridge starter just yet -- he's expected to be released if he declines a paycut, but is still technically with the Saints. It makes sense for Winston to target a high-upside backup spot. Winston has shown some success with Sean Payton in charge of things, and Wilson was disastrous enough last season that it's not hard to see the Broncos eventually having to bench him. This could be a good landing spot for Jameis.
Yeah, they have rumors tied to any former player of Payton.. signing Winston wouldn't shock me. Doesn't do much for me, but it wouldn't shock me.
