I think what Clark did is just as bad when you consider that there are multiple instances, including in-game. Not even in-game, but "between the whistles" so to speak.
In any case, I think Reese's actions have been blown out of proportion. Clark invited this sort of thing when she was talking her shit.
In one instance the player getting waved off can use her skills and abilities to make you pay for the disrespect shown by waving her off and drive and score or in some other way make you look foolish on the court during the course of the game. In the other, the game is over and the player can either ignore it or take it personal and start a scuffle. Obviously very different dynamics of risk to yourself and team with the disrespect/taunting. [Reply]
Clark herself basically said it was no big deal. Bluder has been nothing but complimentary of LSU (including declining an invite to the WH because she said that honor belongs to LSU).
The fact that this is still an issue when the actual participants don't see it as an issue says a lot about our society. [Reply]
