Looks like the UFC is surrendering the entertainment market to the NCAA and MLB's opening week. Next event is not for another 3 weeks. In the next couple weeks they'll just have lower level MMA fights on fightpass from smaller promotions. [Reply]

I think he just wants money at this point. 196 was the 2nd-most successful PPV in UFC history, so they can still sell it. Diaz's chin can eat McGregor's shots, and if Conor can't knock out Diaz, he's in a lot of trouble.
If Conor loses again, he'll probably be told to stay in his lane, no more superfight nonsense, and try to make a run at lightweight if he doesn't want to cut to 145 anymore. [Reply]
