In this draft, Denver will have to be smart in FA as they only have 5 draft picks.

Round 3: No. 67 via Colts (2022 draft trade)
Round 3: No. 68 own pick
Round 4: own pick
Round 5: own pick
Round 6: via Steelers (Malik Reed trade)

They will need to create some additional cap space by reworking a few contracts, but it is what it is for 2023.

And, unfortunately it looks like the injury to Javonte Williams is pretty serious and he is likely to miss a significant amount of time next season. So, that sucks and they'll be in the market for a couple of new RBs which makes retaining Murray key, I would think.

No ammo and a terrible GM. What could go wrong?

There is absolutely nothing wrong with Williams regarding his drafted status. The injury sucks.

No doubt. He was the lone bright spot on offense for you guys. It’s weird because I keep seeing all this smoke about how amazing the strength and conditioning coach PaidATon brought in is. But looking at all the players they had on IR every season seems to tell a completely different story.

CEH was much better before his rookie hip injury. Shit happens.

Both are cautionary tales against drafting RBs high.

He was a good player for you no doubt, sorry for the bad new on Williams.
I thought the offense relied on him too much to try to get down the field. Reminds me of Najee Harris where as the passing game is dismal at Pittsburg so they just run the hell out of the stud running back.
I'm thinking that poor man's career will soon be over running him this much.

Maybe they can bring back Phillip Lindsay.

Mahomes...pocket skills of Manning, scrambling of Elway, better clutch player than both...and....double the balls than both.

This has to sting for Denver fans

Pacheco is better than Javonte which I find absolutely delicious.

McDuffie had a better rookie year than the guy Denver pissed away a top 10 pick on as well. Double oof

Mahomes is like crossing the best skills of Steve Young and Dan Marino.

Brett Favre

Pretty sure Andy said “that’s Brett Favre” to Veach when they evaluated Patrick.

Obviously the best parts of Fabre bc Mahomes is not a turnover prone QB and is actually smart.
