I have never been a fan of chili dogs. They also appear to be an unwarnted mess no matter how you try to eat them.

I rather cut up hotdogs, add to chili, top with cheese and then have some warm rolls for dunking. Eat with spoon. Much easier! :-)

I didn't catch this the first time I read your post but I have not heard of the Instant Pot. After looking it up, how do you like it? and can you pressure cook fried chicken in it?

Simple chicken Caesar salad. Could use recommendation on a good Caesar dressing though. I just usually buy Ken's.

We make large batches of food and eat them for multiple days. My wife makes a killer veggie beef soup that we eat for at least 4 days. Good eating.

Yeah I freeze in single serve packaging better than a TV dinner

I have a slew of stew, beans, and lasagna. Perfect for time saving when I am busy in the evening.
