Although I am hopeful he will get the ball out of his hands quicker regardless due to this injury.
That dog will always want to hunt… He won’t let on it hurts in practice.. Be prepared for some limping in the game though… He really wants to win the next two and then take time off.. [Reply]

People are shortsighted.
No. He’s more likely to get re-injured with a shorter rest time. Texans are number two in sacks for the season: another key factor. If you think that Carson can beat the Texans at Arrowhead (extra advantage), then you’re providing Patrick extra healing time where he can play the next two games. Winning those next two games guarantees the first round bye in the playoffs. There’s nothing shortsighted about any of that. (Best case scenario, however unlikely: Bills lose another game.) [Reply]

You are the one so adamant about the decision, not me
This is his schtick, read the thread. Comes in here relays no facts and has black and white opinions, calls everyone a pussy for wanting to protect the franchise. It’s like, what is seeing a problem not black and white and using critical thinking? Huh crazy right?
Be best to just ignore.
Side from that…
If Andy and Pat think he can play and he’s cleared and the risk of further injury is low he is our best chance and play him. Let’s just hope somehow the Bills lose to Pats with a Chiefs W and Pat and the team can take the rest of the year off until the divisional. [Reply]

Idk, weird gut feeling.
As far as I can recall.......checks notes.......yea, yup........ Patrick Mahomes is undefeated while playing with a high ankle sprain in his career. [Reply]

Or he can play right now, win 2 games, and the whole team can rest for weeks, not days.
Yeah, sitting Patrick is absolutely shortsighted. [Reply]

I've provided plenty of facts and evidence. Just because you either ignore them or simply can't understand them has nothing to do with me. That's your problem.
Pat is playing this weekend. I hope your fragile psyche can handle it. [Reply]

That's always the amusing part of these threads, especially when people go against seriously obvious no-question-about-it shit like Mahomes playing this weekend... after a while of arguing I picture them on the couch stewing that coaches, medical professionals, Mahomes himself are all going against their wishes and expertise.
