PFR says that he's made a dozen starts on the offensive line over his career, but they don't say whether those were at left tackle or some other position. Do you know how many starts he had at left tackle, or how many snaps?

On a related note, I've started reading heavily about the draft, and I'm not seeing anybody who projects high or even mid-round as a left tackle. Every review of a tackle says something like "will probably move to the right side" or "could be a solid right tackle". Who is even available in the first three rounds that we would draft as a left tackle? That Trapilo fellow is almost the only one I've seen other than low-round developmental guys. (I haven't looked at guys expected to go in the top half of Round One, by the way. Not any of my business.)

Overview

Athletic tackle/guard prospect who is at his best when he's allowed to play on the move and utilize his athletic ability to create angle advantages in space. He's fluid and consistent on play-side climb-ups to seal the linebacker and has the potential to help create back-side tracks for one-cut runners. He has huge hands and adequate length but needs to win early with those hands or he can be overtaken by stronger defenders. If Moore can eliminate his leaning, he has the technique and traits to be competitive as a blocker. He might need to prove he can offer tackle/guard roster flexibility in order to garner and maintain a backup role.

Strengths

Three-year starter.
Rockets out of stance as run and pass blocker.
Pass slides are quick but quiet.
Foot quickness to handle mirror duties against active rushers.
Heavy hands with pinpoint placement when he's first.
Possesses massive 11-inch hands to clamp into opponent's frame.
Lateral agility is a strength.
Can make all the move blocks on play-side and back-side.
Smart player with solid technique and feel for angles.
Centers up blocks and runs feet to secure.

Weaknesses

Sets up narrow in his pre-snap stance.
Needs to work on keeping feet under his pads.
Defaults to forward leaning to brace against the rush.
Falls forward and out of the play when hands get wiped out early.
Results much more erratic against stronger foes.
Power players display ability to dislodge him with leverage.
Would like to see more consistency as block finisher.

Does this mean our 1st round draft is wide open?

I’m thinking RB now?

Kaleb Johnson from Iowa... Kareem Hunt clone if you watch him play, but seems a little faster.

Im assuming most of his starts are at LT since Silverback was out 8 or so games this year

1 sack and 10 pressures on 154 opportunities, BUT you guys need to keep in mind that he was protected in Rat Jr’s offense.

They run the ball and that’s the first thing defenses attack when they play the 49ers. Andy has got to help this team by getting a legit threat at RB and going back to the 2017 offense when Kareem was a rookie and helped balance the offense.

Nobody with a penis uses bluesky. I find it hard to believe there’s sports news on there

I'd say best player available unless it's a position we absolutely don't need. Probably not drafting a QB, guard or center with the 1st pick.

Everything else should be considered.

RB?!? After what the Chiefs got w/ Pacheco in the 7th round? No way, need to fix pass rush or if a monster BPA drops to 31 we draft that. Also, if a stud WR is there need to draft that. This signing really frees up the draft.

I definitely agree RB needs to be drafted just not in 1st round
