I don't think it has anything to do with being "cheap". I have a 2020 Infiniti and a 2022 Lexus and neither have an aux port. The expectation is that there will be Bluetooth devices. Most phones don't even have a headphone jack/audio out anymore. [Reply]

I have a vintages Yamaha receiver and good Polk speakers and a technics modern turntable.
Luckily between the wife and I we have a solid collection of original Vinyl kept from our teen years. (my mostly punk and nu-wave, her hip-hop) and one of our kids buys records now.
When I bought records they were 5.99. Now a new album is like 30 bucks. that's a lot of grip for one record.
But it makes for good holiday gifts if someone you know likes vinyl.
I always hit the record section in thrift stores. Smells like lung cancer but you find some interesting things. [Reply]
