Were 2-0 averaging 26.5 a game and the defense has came up big when it's had to. There is no super bowl hangover this team is hungry. WTF is with all the negative shit on here? WE ARE THE BEST TEAM IN FOOTBALL!

I'd say the only area of 'concern' from that game is LT. We need Kingsley to improve. Not a lot, but definitely some.
They start slow because they usually can. They had a sense or urgency yesterday that they've never had this early in the season, and anybody with a clue could see it. [Reply]
Look, I’m still on the bus from last season. Y’all can get on late and stand in the aisle if you want, but don’t expect me to try to wedge a third in my seat! [Reply]
Probably just semantics, but haven't seen anyone saying it'll be a long season or risking a 3peat because we didn't trade for Jefferson or that we're screwed at the QB position for a long time, so I think this place is doing pretty well... even if that is the bar. :-)
Oddly, it seems like we get ourselves hyped up with our own promises of greatness and then we're a bit disappointed when it doesn't immediately happen. Last year it was the receiver room might be amazing and this offseason it was the offense magically turning back the clock to 2019. And people thought they'd blow out perhaps their biggest rival for reasons.
We go into the season thinking undefeated 3peat and then well, Kelce might be old, the offense may not show its cards in week 2 even if it will be better than last season, other teams will really try and teams don't just win every game by 6 touchdowns or lead by 3 touchdowns by halftime.
Our lofty Madden-esque expectations fail us sometimes, even if this is how greatness looks... so enjoy it. [Reply]

Yep. Some here are just too spoiled to recognize that this is how it will be post-rookie QB contract. We are always going to have thin spots and areas where we have to rely on rookies. I’m loving this ride and am going to savor every second of Mahomes goodness. [Reply]
We played like absolute shit and still won. LT was a disaster, Kelce basically didn’t play, Mahomes looked like shit aside from a handful of throws and the defense struggled a lot of the game.

Enjoy it you ****ing miserable ****s.
But we must hand wring and point out and emphasize only our weaknesses-real or perceived. Even at 2-0. Then after beating two teams with solid QB play and good defense, we must play down their losses to show they’re not that good. Can’t be happy. [Reply]
After we lose to the Falcons next week we have the Chargers who have allowed 13 points in two games and the Derek Carr lead Saints who have scored 96 points in two games. On top of that FAU is still on the 53. We are so fucked!

They start slow because they prepare badly. They've obviously had their eye on this game though and they always play us well. [Reply]
