The time it takes to recover from a broken fibula depends on the type of fracture, the severity of the injury, and other factors:
Minor fractures: Can heal in about six weeks
Most cases: Can take at least twice that amount of time, or longer
Surgery: Can take 3 to 6 months

If it's down in the ankle, though, that could be a real long time out.
He was walking around fine after it happened.
Is that maybe any indication that the ankle is fine?

Miles Sanders was supposedly on the trade block during the preseason.
He's off to a rough start this season... but it's Carolina so enough said.
He's 27 years old, and he has played in a version of Andy's offense in Philly under Doug Pederson.

And the Panthers are one team that might actually deal with us.

Kareem Hunt should still have some kick power left in him

Even if he can get back I'd shop some RB's to make sure we can ease him in and/or give him more than adequate time.

He's done. That being said, he'd be an immediate upgrade at the goal line - he just finds the End Zone. 9tds last season... on 3 yards a carry. ha.

Could use some of that tbh but I think the severity will depend on what they do. 4 to 6 weeks they might just bring back Jet and ride it out.
