There was just a large theft from a contracted truck going from the Philadelphia Mint to Miami Mint and it was $200,000 in DIMES parked at a Wal-Mart!!!

My buddy is a high ranking officer at the Mint and he was not on duty that day. Once it left the Mint safely, the liability was passed to the trucking contractor.
