A good buddy of mine walked out with 20 minutes left. And he’s such a tight ass that I’m sure that almost killed him. The reviews are awful and the movie makers saying go fuck yourselves is hilarious.

It was always a movie that was going to be amazing or terrible. No in between with the concept and staging it as a musical.

The only movie I can remember that was able to pull off a modern movie musical is Moulin Rouge.

The Greatest Showman with Hugh Jackman was pretty damn good.

He pulled it off nicely in the newest Batman, so I'm sure this new gig is living up to the hype
Colin Farrell has been a terrific actor since (at least) In Bruges.

Apparently a really nice guy too. My buddy dated Shea Whigham’s cousin (he and Colin have been friends since Tigerland). Got to hang out with them in New York

Cocaine was involved.

The first movie ripped off The King of Comedy. Should have found another movie to rip off for the sequel.

The bizarre part is that evidently it's about 1/2 rehashing the events of the first movie.

I mean there's just no reason for this movie to exist.
