Holy hell it really is Gruden in Denver! He doesn’t want Russ to have the game in his hands at all.
Yeah sorry Knowmo. Denver isn’t Uber talented like the 49ers or Eagles to even do this. And even if they were, you saw what happens when the 49ers play the Chiefs.
You need a QB to lead you. The running game/defense reliability isn’t gonna work with the QB’s in the AFC
Sean Payton on Russell Wilson: “Two greatest allies for a QB are defense and a run game. We need to take him off the high dive the whole time. He’ll need to be there 6-8 times per game though.” pic.twitter.com/1LBfqW4oPn

Something tells me you’ll be singing a different tune after the game on Sunday :-)
Andy Reid’s style of play works great against lesser teams with lesser QB’s in the regular season, but once he runs into good teams, with good defenses, good coaches, good QB’s and running games - he loses.
The Chiefs got past the Bengals by the skin of their teeth. If the refs let the Eagles play, this game will be a repeat of the Bucs game. [Reply]

The Chiefs won a SB over the 49ers who are the very definition of that type of team :-)
The game on Sunday means nothing in this discussion for the Broncos bc the AFC is packed with the best QB’s now. The Broncos aren’t facing Hurts, Dak, Daniel Jones, Kirk Cousins or Brock Purdy.
The AFC has all of the elite QB’s. Mahomes, Burrow, Allen, Herbert, Lawrence is ascending, Lamar Jackson if he stays. Aaron Rodgers may be coming here too.
You’re not winning the AFC with a team that is structured to run the ball and play defense. There’s just too many good QB’s.
Case in point: Russell Wilson’s career after the LOB was gone. Run first, defense team. They never got past the divisional rd again [Reply]

Let’s put your posting privileges where your cocksucker is. If we lose I leave for a year. If we win, you do! Mod enforcement, of course you fucking welcher!!
