Don Jon couldn't hold my attention with Scarlett and JGL. And I like both of them quite a bit.
August in Osage County was very, very good. Such a great performance by Streep. Random movie the wife grabbed from Redbox that she talked me into watching and I'm glad she did. [Reply]
I just saw Gravity. I thought it looked boring to begin with, But literally EVERYONE I talked to said it was really good so I gave it a try. I watched it and found it to be one of the bigger let downs in the last few years. I don't know what all the hype was about. No character development, they use a cheap ploy to try to get you to connect to Sandra Bullock's character who you don't really know that much about anyway. It's literally 2 hours of people floating through space with an occasional explosion. It was beautiful visually, but most movies are in this day and age. It was just flat out boring and uninspiring. Now, I know someone well go derp derp go see transformers then you moran!!! Well, it really was the same thing, visually stunning, but not with anything else to speak of. [Reply]

It was awful. Sandra Bullock was whiny as fuck, drove me crazy. I wouldn't buy it for my collection. [Reply]
