Damn that's a good punch.
Maybe it was luck, but if that was plan, he just couldn't have done it better. As soon as the LT raises that right light to protect on an inside move (hands go up) FAU just drives two arms into his chest and gets low to rock him backwards.
From that point forward the rep is pure defense for the LT.
That's a HELL of a play. And its hard to teach it; that almost has to be instinct, at least in part.
I got him in saaandbooox.
He's gonna be a damn nice player, fellas. I was a little disappointed in the pick and I think I was pretty wrong. [Reply]

Clearly more naturally bendy and explosive, George is more about hustle and brute strength [Reply]
I think we're going to be extremely happy with the Anudike-Uzomah and Karlaftis pairing for the next few years. They complement each other well, and Anudike-Uzomah adds some nice explosiveness.
He's more advanced than I expected.
Taylor Decker is a damn good LT and very techinically sound. To be able to beat him with a technical move, not just pure athleticism or outside speed, in his first pro game... that is enticing. [Reply]

Right now Karlaftis is really just hustle. The power is reasonable but it's not sudden and because he doesn't have other tools, like FAU, he's easier to block. What makes a guy like FAU look better is the variety. Yes he's bendier and explosive but there's also still a credible threat of power. Add that to a deliberate or instinctive approach to rush plans. He's just...better, imo, or how it looks to me. [Reply]

Karlaftis is really good in space knocking down passes and getting in the way. Sooner or later he will get a pick 6. [Reply]
