The only negative is he's a defensive coach and Denver already has a great scheme and would benefit from having an offensive wizard like Sean Payton.
You should check out his defense in the SB the year he took his team there. It was the legendary 28-3 game and one of the few times I will give Brady props for winning a SB. [Reply]

He will go there if the Wal-Marts offer him a Gruden type contract or more. I just think Denver will be disappointed when he isn’t the savior they think he will be. They will be better and might even good enough to help Denver eventually break the ongoing KC win streak. He won’t be good enough to win a SB and eventually Wal Mart will get tired of it and can him while paying a huge buyout.
