A Super Bowl trophy with a massive asterisk and then 5 playoff victories over an entire decade. There are a lot of positives with Dan Quinn

He has taken a team to the Super Bowl.
He has a great relationship with George Paton and Russ.
He coordinated one of the best defenses of all-time.
He turned around the Cowboys' D (gave up 5th most points in 2020, they've given up the 6th and 7th fewest points in the two years he has been there)

The only negative is he's a defensive coach and Denver already has a great scheme and would benefit from having an offensive wizard like Sean Payton.
