Thanks. I thought it was something different. Wish I didn't thaw it out. Now I have to throw it out.

It was a bag was given to me by a former tenant who had a friend who hunted. I was just told it was venison. When I finally opened it, there were three vacuum sealed bags. Two with dark venison meat, one stew the other like cutlets. The other was so different.
