The mighty Bills from Buffalo will take the AFC this year.
For two decades I watched people say the Patriots window was closed, that their time was dwindling, that it was all over… seemingly every time those predictions happened, the Patriots went and won another Super Bowl.
A lot of doom talk simply because we lost to the Bengals in the playoffs. Let us not forget that the Bills watched their brother DIE on the field just a few weeks prior. Their heart was simply not in it. If it had been, the Bills would have captured the AFC last year.
The Bills have won 2 of their last 3 in Arrowhead and they’re ready to make it 3 of the last 4.

And Vic Fangio put lamar into a body bag. Multiple fumbles, sacked, etc. Lamar couldn't handle a basic zone-match scheme and the Eagles were too strong up front to allow him to dance around and eyeball his target for ten seconds. The Browns defensive coordinator did something similar. It's obvious he's a running back. [Reply]

Elite defense, elite coach, elite QB. Yeah, such a low ceiling team. Teams built that way never win anything.
They're not "elite" at any of the 3. Harbaugh is probably closest. Herbert is NOT elite. He's good for sure but he's not elite. And neither is their defense. [Reply]

They were just in a shootout with the fucking Broncos :-) [Reply]

I tend to give the 15-1 team that has won the last two Super Bowls the benefit of the doubt more so than teams that have won jack shit over the last decade. [Reply]

I'd love some cake walk into the dance after this season but it ain't gonna happen.
However, the Bills Ravens game will be a ball buster so whoever comes in that next week will probably be a bit drained at that point too.
19/82
13/65
11/73
18/84
13/46–vs KC
These are all 5 of their losses. When Henry is not running the ball well their offense craters. They average 30 PPG but in their 5 losses with the run shut down that dropped to 20 PPG.
We have the 3rd best run D and Trent McDuffie to matchup with Zay Flowers.

Sounds like rank homerism, but if it's ever been true, it is true with this team. It's the same as having a 2 pt. lead coming out of a time out against the 80s Celtics with time to draw up a three for Bird, having a one-run lead against the Yankees with a man on and Jeter at the plate, or being a fan of Rocco Mediate who is in extra holes against Tiger in the US Open. At some point, even the competition knows their best just isn't good enough. They had to be perfect that day, and they were...for 95% of the day, but it takes 100 against legends. [Reply]
