The mighty Bills from Buffalo will take the AFC this year.
For two decades I watched people say the Patriots window was closed, that their time was dwindling, that it was all over… seemingly every time those predictions happened, the Patriots went and won another Super Bowl.
A lot of doom talk simply because we lost to the Bengals in the playoffs. Let us not forget that the Bills watched their brother DIE on the field just a few weeks prior. Their heart was simply not in it. If it had been, the Bills would have captured the AFC last year.
The Bills have won 2 of their last 3 in Arrowhead and they’re ready to make it 3 of the last 4.

If the teams square up in the playoffs, the feeling of waiting for the shoe to drop will be within everyone that roots, coaches, or plays for Buffalo.
I would be surprised if deep down Baltimore doesn’t feel the same way. If not for a CEH fumble there is a good chance that Lamar and Co. would have zero wins against a Mahomes led Chiefs.
Last year was their best shot and still they couldn’t beat KC when it mattered. [Reply]

Imagine having one of the greatest QB's to ever play the game on your team after years of purgatory, but it doesn't matter because another team has maybe the greatest QB/HC duo ever at the exact same time and they'll forever cockblock you when it matters most. I'd start to feel like I was cursed, too. [Reply]
It would have been better to have Charlie Brown in a Bills uniform trying to kick the football and Lucy, dressed in a Chiefs uniform, pulling the ball with Charlie Brown landing flat on his back...again. [Reply]

It would be petty, but Chiefs twitter should tweet that after we beat them in the AFCCG. [Reply]

No...CB would have to actually kick the ball this time, followed by a slo-mo dream sequence of how happy he is to finally hit it when it's been pulled so many times--with the biggest smile on his face--only to see the ball sail wide right.
Then everyone yells "you blockhead!!" at him and they fade to a Bills fan with a tear in their eye. [Reply]
Watching the Bills gives me such a strong respect for Andy. You can’t win with just a strong QB alone.
Manning only won 1 SB in Indy
Rodgers only won 1 in GB
Brees only won 1 in NO
You need a great QB, great coach, great coordinator to go with him and great GM. Andy brought his friend Spags here and a lot of CP didn’t like it claiming nepotism. Lot of CP did the same when Veach replaced Dorsey.
The 2021 and 2022 draft classes alone shows the difference. Josh Allen’s coach is a fucking moron in big game moments and his GM willingly gave us Mahomes and Worthy while also getting jumped by Veach to get McDuffie.
The irony is that Veach interviewed in Buffalo before he took our job. Imagine how different things could have looked if he took that job [Reply]
