Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]
This thread just needs to rock Patrick Mahomes II is kicking ass in camp and making it possible for him to take over the starting job when the time is right.

Penbrook....
Another classic way to be able to tell if someone is a Chiefs fan or a fan of something else....they don't know the difference between Matt Cassel and Sam Cassell. [Reply]

Best case Alex does good enough to allow 2PM to mature slowly.

We should be glad Pat is making a few mistakes here and there in TC. He has to learn what he can and can't get away with at the NFL level and there is no better time to figure that out than practice. [Reply]

And pre-season as well. Practice is good, not knocking that, but pre-season is a better environment since it's "live" for him to figure it out as well. [Reply]

Wow moments: Mahomes made three big-time throws, two on go routes down the right sideline in a 7-on-7 drill, one to Jehu Chesson and the other to Tevin Jones. Perhaps even more impressive was a back-shoulder throw into the wind that was caught by Marcus Kemp in a full team drill.
Whoa moment: Mahomes threw incomplete to tight end Ross Travis even though Travis had been left uncovered.
