The Donks could hire the living equivalents of Vince Lombardi at HC, Don Coryell as OC, and Buddy Ryan as DC and they'd still struggle to achieve a .500 record until Mr. Unlimited Ego is gone and off the books. They had the best defense in the NFL until they got hit with injuries and trades and still couldn't overcome him.
And there's no "fix" for what's wrong with WalRuss. Father Time is undefeated. Could he roll back the clock a couple years if he lost 30 lbs along with his massive ego? Possibly.
