it's not under warranty? Do you get a puff of white or grey smoke when you start it up after not driving for a couple days? Might have a bad ring. No leaks? Bad issue for a young car. Most cars nowadays are change oil every 5,000 or 10,000 miles. At least my import 4 cylinder cars are.
Did the oil look unusually black or smell burnt? You could send a sample in for analysis.

This is a super common problem in 18-20 F150 with the 5.0
