This implies they weren't really trying before????? What message are they trying to send their fans? Perhaps they believe their fanbase isn't bright so they can use these messages that don't really make sense? [Reply]
Funny thing is, there isn't a head coach in the NFL that can take a broke dick QB that lost his speed and athleticism and make him 10 years younger. Nor can they get back the draft picks they gave up without trading some of the few talented guys they have. Nor can they get back the money they gave Wilson for free agent signings. Nope. This job is awful and likely the type of coach that takes it will be a young coordinator type that hasn't been a head coach before. Wilson will be a year older, slower, and fatter, a new offense will take time for everyone to learn, and I just don't see this getting any better until fat Russ is gone. 2025 at the earliest. [Reply]

Obviously, the X’s and O’s are important, but we need a strong leader for this organization that’s focused on winning. That starts with culture. It’s instilling a sense of accountability and discipline. We need an identity on offense.

Wont make any difference in the big pucture. Denver is going backwards. They are no closer to being relevant than they were 7 years ago. They have a losing culture, Whereby the vast majority of players on that team, and in that organization do not even know what a winning season is like. They're going to own Last place for the foreseeable future. The entertaining thing, is that you guys keep reinventing ways to get there. This year was epic! I cant wait to see what the future holds, because your GM is one clueless mother ****er! :-):-) [Reply]
You're so stupid you cant even see that you're about to get "Aaron Rodgered" again with this Payton deal. And when it happens, you'll pivot just like you did with WalRuss. :-) [Reply]

All good points, the only solution is for a new HC to come in and gut the team, trade away their talent and get draft capital back. The players are all wanting out anyway so thats what needs to happen.
Unfortunately for them they are stuck with Wilson but he's salvageable enough to hold a place for a top drafted QB, if they can find a good one. [Reply]
