There's little, if any, upside to firing Hackett before the season is over. Not only does it make the team look impatient to future coaches, but there's still a chance the offense can get their shit together when Jeudy comes back.

It wasn’t good when Jeudy was playing. Why would they suddenly get it together when he comes back? Also perhaps the reason Hackett hasn’t been fired yet is that your GM, the “General”, won’t want to concede that he screwed up the two most important things for him to get right before the season even is over.
