THAT hasn't been true for 2+ seasons now. Carroll took a lot of heat for his coaching, but it was pretty clear to just about anyone who actually watches football that Pete was covering for fat rus' declining abilities and obvious deficiencies. [Reply]

You’ve quoted PFF scores a lot. Care to comment on this one?
Is the higher number better? Which player has the higher number? Who does he play for?
Didn’t you call Surtain the best corner in the league?
I don't think there's any question that Sneed is better. The real question is whether or not McDuffie is actually better than Surtain. That one might get interesting. [Reply]

I think Wilson's won 9 of his last 25 games now. And half of those were won by the defense.
Wilson's always been way overrated, but now that he can't run and doesn't have coaches who can mask his deficiencies, this is what you get. [Reply]

I mean, seriously...how much more obvious can it get?
Seahawks had a higher points per play in Wilson's last full season than they do this year. [Reply]

Buffalo also has a ton of injuries and yet the still have three losses. The LAC wrote the book on injuries and still they have more wins than Mr. Unlimited and his “loaded” Top 5 roster. [Reply]

Don't listen to the Buffalo homer. They're near the bottom in games missed due to injury.
LAC, yes. That's what happens when a really good roster gets decimated. They're still pretty good. [Reply]
Has there been anything less rewarding over the last 7 years than being a Broncos apologist? Damn. Somebody's going to give Q Joe a Broncos coat for Christmas and he's going to burst into tears. [Reply]
