so, i cooked a pot of chili for my coworkers today. i had toyed with throwing a couple hot dogs in it if anyone wanted a chili dog. but the normal plate consists of bowl of piping hot chili, shredded cheese and sour cream, with corn chips. it actually turned out to be one of my top three of about 12 cooks. but while cooking and eating, and realizing there were leftovers for home (the boys LOVE my chili), for me, it was too much. but at the same time hot dogs sounded good. then i thought "chicago dogs". PERFECT!!!

so i cooked em :-)

Lemon butter. Just fresh lemon juice, butter, salt, pepper, and fresh garlic. Pretty good for a quick sauce. It's actually better in the rice than it is on the fish. The rice is really good.
