In all honesty I think keeping him for the rest of the season may play out better for you if you hope to keep your DC. If they fire him now, and promote the DC to interim HC, then he likely gets canned at the end of the season anyway because EmbaRuss sucks. Maybe you could keep the DC with a new HC hire. [Reply]

It's kinda funny... I mean, back in the day I would get anxious expecting a comeback and it would happen. Now, I just expect them to find another way to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
