The funny thing is he gave play calling duties and they still couldn’t score more than 16. Perhaps their inability to score is a product of more than poor coaching.

In all honesty I think keeping him for the rest of the season may play out better for you if you hope to keep your DC. If they fire him now, and promote the DC to interim HC, then he likely gets canned at the end of the season anyway because EmbaRuss sucks. Maybe you could keep the DC with a new HC hire.
