The @Broncos would be 8-1 if Lock was their QB. All they needed was to score 18 points a game this season. With @DrewLock23 at QB1 they averaged 20 a game in 2021. He just wasn't unlimited enough though, huh?

The game flow won't be the same if EmbaRuss scored more points. The other team's game planning, play calling and execution would be different. Can't assume (unless you are QJoe) that the Denver D will hold the other offense to exactly the same number of points. [Reply]

While that is definitely true and those posts can certainly be labeled as arguments contrary to facts, the primary purpose was to establish that the Broncos can't even score 18 points on a routine basis. They traded away Lock, who at least got them 20 some points a game, for Wilson and spent a great deal of money doing so for their offense to regress. [Reply]
