I think it’s the plan. We’ll see. Wouldn’t be the first time they tried to spend big on two FA OL in one offseason.
I don’t think they are just holding out hope for Kingsley. I know Keysor pondered tonight if maybe he’s their plan, I just don’t see it. Andy Reid watched the kid not just struggle but throw multiple no-hitters at LT and let Mahomes get crushed. There’s just gotta be a plan in the works and it isn’t another LT draft project. [Reply]
I think Justin Reid will be cheaper than we expect because of age and the S market has been non-existent as **** the last couple years.
1. Landon Jackson, EDGE, Arkansas
2. Carson Schwesinger, LB, UCLA
3. Dylan Sampson, RB, Tennessee
3. C.J. West, DT, Indiana
Omenihu has been bitching about what he’s entitled to to Veach for his contract. I imagine this is what Veach told him and his agent after watching these DE’s today :-)
I don't get the Cam Robinson thing at all, that seems like the same mistake we made with Jawaan Taylor. Except Taylor was younger, he at least still had some theoretical upside. [Reply]

Jawaan Taylor level blocking, minus the penalties, at LT last year would have made a HUGE difference. [Reply]
Yeah Cam Robinson will be 29 in week 1. Donovan Smith level at worst. Knows the system. Played at least 14 games in 6 of 8 seasons as a pro so he’s not a broke dick.
He would be “fine”. And “fine” is a significant upgrade to not having a playable LT on the roster. [Reply]
Okay, but for a $20 million plus AAV? Overpaying a mediocre player because you're desperate isn't smart, doing it twice at the same position is insane. If we could get out of the dead money I think most of us would cut Taylor tomorrow, but we're going to give the same money to a similar player? It makes no sense.
To veer back on topic, I'm not crazy about paying Trey Smith $20 million, but I'd much rather do that than give that money to Cam Robinson. [Reply]

Why? Again, we all saw the offense when Thuney shifted over from LG to LT, right? An All Pro G to an average at best T and Mahomes finally looked comfortable for a few consecutive games. [Reply]
