Wanya Morris was drafted with pick 92 of round 3 in the 2023 draft class. He scored a 8.35 #RAS out of a possible 10.00. This ranked 215 out of 1294 OT from 1987 to 2023. https://t.co/KnzoH8NdfSpic.twitter.com/KZgxtMNcfb

What if he falls off a cliff or walks in front of a bus or something? Do we have to pay him then? [Reply]

There is no obvious upgrade readily available to the Chiefs via free agency or in the draft next season.
Either they go all in and try to trade up to draft Will Campbell from LSU… who is projected to be a top 5 pick… or they have to finally hit on a LT in the lower part of the first round/second round. [Reply]
After the last time Morris got pinwheeled, I thought surely we have a guard or somebody to put in his place. Low and behold next series, there is Thuney at Tackle, who promtly got bullrushed back into Mahomes face. Bummer. In actuality I imagine its pretty hard to just get moved to tackle during the game without any practice reps, although Thuney has played Tackle before in his career. Lucky we came out on top today, on to next week! [Reply]
A cardboard cutout would have slowed down the Raiders pass-rush more than Wanya Morris did today. He managed to make Chaisson look like prime TJ Watt off the edge. [Reply]

very unlikely. I think we have to hope that Humphries returns to pro bowl form and we keep him around or that Kinglsey isn't a bust and just needs time to develop. I doubt there will be anymore Trent Williams LT's hitting free agency. [Reply]

He looked weak as fuck out there. Pretty concerning because he never just got bum rushed back by Hendrickson the last time he was bumped out to LT. Going to assume that pec injury is still lingering. [Reply]

They realistically will try again in the draft. That’s about the only way they hit on one unless Humphries serves as the steady starter they lack. Inevitably it’s going to always be tough for them to hit on a high draft pick as long as Mahomes/Andy are here. [Reply]

Why? Because he didn't look like Willie Roaf today? I mean, what did you expect when they threw him in there in the middle of the 4th quarter? You thought he was just going to play like an All-Pro right off the bat?
I thought given the situation he was fine. He didn't obviously blow an assignment, or get beat like a rented mule, and he didn't completely whiff his blocks. Given the situation, not sure what more we could really ask for. [Reply]

Yeah it’s hard as hell to lift in the offseason recovering from a pec injury [Reply]
