He definitely believes the Broncos roster is superior to KC's. That narrative has been spewed often at the Mane/Huddle over the last few years.

The hilarious thing about it is that IF it were true that the Broncos are loaded and superior everywhere but QB and a few other positions....then they're absolutely fucked. Because that means that even stockpiling talent throughout the entire roster hasn't even begun to close the gap between the teams. They're not in the same universe as the Chiefs and they're stuck with Wilson for years to come. There's no way out. :-) :-)

If he had sense, he'd be driving the narrative that KC has the superior roster, and Denver just needs to continue to build around Wilson to close the gap. And instead of defending Hackett, he'd be rooting for a legit coach to take the reins. Because Hackett will never, ever be in Reid's league.

How shocking that a team that blitzes more than almost any other is high in pass rush win rate. This would be like bragging about L'Jarious Sneed's pass rush win rate.

Even if Russ is being affected by a bad coach and poor talent, they don’t have the proper resources to run it around quickly.

Their OL is really really bad. Before Bolles got hurt they were on pace to give up 54 sacks to a QB that is losing mobility fast. Bolles is coming back from an ACL at 31 with 2 years left on his deal and their only other quality OL appears to be Meinerz.

Their WR’s are dropping passes like crazy and their RB will be coming off of an ACL.

The funny thing about the Broncos allegedly having an upper tier roster is that it was born from a PFF article a few years ago that ranked their roster 6th (minus QB). Yet the same people ranked it 14th before this season WITH Russell Wilson included. And if they were to reevaluate right now, it would be much lower given how shitty he and the entire offense has been. :-)
