The mighty Bills from Buffalo will take the AFC this year.
For two decades I watched people say the Patriots window was closed, that their time was dwindling, that it was all over… seemingly every time those predictions happened, the Patriots went and won another Super Bowl.
A lot of doom talk simply because we lost to the Bengals in the playoffs. Let us not forget that the Bills watched their brother DIE on the field just a few weeks prior. Their heart was simply not in it. If it had been, the Bills would have captured the AFC last year.
The Bills have won 2 of their last 3 in Arrowhead and they’re ready to make it 3 of the last 4.

Depends on how you view it. He'll end up with about $25 million in total compensation from the Giants. He can go back to an OC job in Buffalo for $2 million per year and have an easier life. [Reply]

Correct. Hard to argue with the bag. Which is why people do it.
But even then it's sometimes not enough, like Ben Johnson not taking any jobs last year. [Reply]
It’s pretty funny to me that Bills fans constantly coped with us getting Worthy saying he would always be hurt only to see Coleman get hurt and already miss four games so far. It turns out that not being fast or able to separate exposes a receiver to way more punishment and potential injuries. [Reply]

True but if he wanted any kind of HC career he should have picked a better situation. I'm not exactly sure what his options were but the Giants job was career suicide. [Reply]
If the Lions get DJ Reader back Buffalo is fucked.

Here's the Lions' practice report for Wednesday (FP=Full participant, LP=Limited participant, NP=Non-participant).
OT Taylor Decker (knee): FP
DT Alim McNeill (concussion): FP
DL Levi Onwuzurike (hamstring): LP
DL Josh Paschal (knee): LP
DT DJ Reader (shoulder): NP
After Campbell said he wouldn't practice on Wednesday, Onwuzurike was listed as a limited participant. Paschal was also listed as limited, which felt expected based on Campbell's pre-practice comments. Reader, also as expected based on reporter observations he was working off to the side, was listed as not practicing.
But McNeill and Decker were full participants. And perhaps most importantly, there were no surprise additions to the practice report on Wednesday as the Lions started on-field preparation for the Bills.
Reader expected to practice tomorrow, this injury report is a huge W

Considering the history they sure feel confident. I guess we'll see.
