Because obviously Rypien is a way better backup right? I’ll bet they’d like to walk that back. Not only would Lock be a much better backup, he’d probably play better than Wilson has so far.
I don't believe in Lock... never did. He has a lot of potential, but makes really shitty decisions. [Reply]
Lock blows, and right now it looks like the same production, but there isn't the upside. Lock didn't even get the start on the team he went to...so he doesn't matter. [Reply]

The funny thing is, there’s probably more upside. He’s still young and developing. Wilson is aging and declining physically and mentally.
Broncos fans made fun of Lock for not getting the start over Geno. Now we know why. Geno’s been as good as almost any QB in the league so far. [Reply]
You realize all that shows is just how bad Russ is. You do realize that right?
That's the encouraging part. Russ has 10 years of consistent play behind him, he'll settle in. Hackett has guys open all over the place, once Russ starts seeing things clearly we'll be in great shape. [Reply]

What, besides being 5-7, is clouding his vision? [Reply]

Really how’s to show you how much Lockett and DK propped up that turd EmbaRuss. But at least embaRuss doesn’t have to carry the team by himself anymore. :-):-):-) [Reply]

A lot of teams are stuck in situations where their pass rush, secondary or OL are garbage and there's nothing those teams can do to fix it until the offseason.
Denver's issues are all 100% fixable. And they will be fixed. Soon. [Reply]
