Looks good, SR.
I'm probably throwing some pork chops on the grill, some grilled pineapple, and maybe some hobo pouches.

Growing up in New Jersey, no one ever ate biscuits and gravy. We had Taylor Ham with cheese on a Kaiser roll.
People in Philly ate scrapple.
Had biscuits and gravy once in South Carolina but not impressed.

Doing the pork for lunch today. It's in a brine now.
But I'm also working on soup for next week's lunches.
Doing a spin on Ree Drummond's 7-can soup (chili, tomatoes, Rotel, kidney beans, black beans, pinto beans, and corn). Added bacon and diced onions, and diced up a couple leftover burgers. Also added a tablespoon or so of chipotle chiles in adobo. She also doesn't have you rinse or drain anything, which I did or it was going to be a salt bomb. I replaced the liquid with homemade chicken stock.

Mississippi pot roast aka sodium roast. Going to turn it into French dips.
