Oh and fwiw the following is a post from Hootie in the Fanduel thread in Casino Planet that all can see along with other tidbits if you so desire.

I'm not looking it up but as I recall he placed Seattle's D in at least 75% of all line-ups.
Personally,I like the moxie making a bold prediction like that BUT to put Seattle in that many line-ups with that much cash on the line was D-U-M-B

In pure hilarity, the guy that won the million in week one had Smiff :-)

AND he was told that was a mistake. These other defenses would be better with data to back it up and they were ignored.
The arrogance and inability to work with ANYONE got him removed from making lineups.

This is the biggest circle jerk in history. Not one person has said he was right. He was wrong. But he got banned for something outside the message board, and that's stupid.
Its like banning sully if he had an affair because his wife is also a member.

He was banned for going completely insane on a private forum of a message board. He wasn't banned for what he did with FanDuel. He got banned for acting like a petulant child on a 9-day meth binge while suffering from split personalities when called out on his BS. He could have just discussed everything in the thread but instead he went full-on Hootie and got himself booted. Couldn't happen to a nicer gambling degenerate.

Pretty much sums up my take. I don't always agree with him, but damn it's going to suck not having his often unique perspectives on the WS and offseason.

Lemme guess: after Cam shredded Seattle, our resident expert pulled his patented "Hootie double-down" and explained how he was actually right in his assessment.
