Yeah, I didn't make that and that's certainly not my bowl. That's from a place called Wasabi (can we end the one word, ingredient restaurant names now) near my place.

I boil my potatoes in milk cut in small even chunks. Then I use my hand blender and blend them right there in the pan, add butter to taste, salt, pepper. I also don't take all the skins off. Just some.
The spinach is quickly sauteed in olive oil. Very fast. [Reply]
