Today is the Players Championship, which I think ought to be the 5th Major. Largest pot in the PGA. The daunting 17th, which seems to bring excitement every year. At least we will get to see Sergio blow up yet again.
If anyone is interested, the PPV match between Tiger and Phil is streaming for free on Bleacher Report. I guess there was some snafu on the PPV site so they are offering it for free.

Mcilroy is the heavy favorite (in a sport that doesn’t have any). Should be obv betting choice.
Spieth has fallen into the toilet last year, tumbling all the way to #34 in the world rankings. Ignore that this week, he’s nails on this track. A win wouldn’t shock anyone.
Cameron Smith is another 30ish flier that could surprise. [Reply]

Spieth was on No Laying up recently. Pretty interesting hearing him talk about the implosion on 12 a few years back.
