I minced the entire can up and froze them in ice cube trays in 1 tablespoon amounts. I hate throwing a can of chipotle chiles up for just a couple tablespoons. So we'll see how this works instead.
Did the same thing yesterday with the last of my herbs from the garden. Harvested all of my oregano, chives, and basil, chopped it all up in a food processor, and put 1 tablespoon in the ice cube trays, then topped with olive oil.
I'll tell you what, Chipotle's in adobo sauce makes an excellent fish taco sauce. Just combine ranch and peppers. Blend it up and refrigerate for about 2 hours or so.
Also, if you make hamburgers soon Chipotle's and mayo is a great condiment. Of course, blended up. [Reply]

We do hamburgers all the time. It's easy, good protein (which I struggle to get enough for my dialysis; dietitian is always griping at me to get more...). [Reply]

You really have to try it. It adds so much flavor to a burger. [Reply]

Raw onions fuck you up?
Like fuck you up breath-wise? Fuck you up butthole-wise? [Reply]

I have noticed you don't do any fish dishes, that I can recall? [Reply]

Had I thought about it, I would have chopped some for the top of the chili dog and put the rest in the chili. I can't see putting raw onion anywhere in the fridge without stinking it up. [Reply]

I can eat them on my tacos as well without too much damage. I speculate that a lot of taco places have their onions already combined with cilantro and lime which cuts the bite of the onion. Almost slightly pickled. Plus they're usually diced smaller than what I normally see on chili dogs. [Reply]
