Been a while since we had a guns n' ammo discussion.
Some of you are AR shooters Im sure. Im looking at a Colt 6920. Will be my first AR. Picked up a Glock this fall and really enjoy shooting it. Any feedback on that weapon?
Anyone else been in a buy/sell/trade mood with hardware? [Reply]

I'm not a fan of rails on my 1911s, however, since this is obviously either a match gun or a duty weapon, I can let that go, for the massive increase in capacity in a 1911-type gun.
also, this thing has an optics plate, so you can just attach whatever optics to it, no fuss, no muss.

Rifles, handguns, shotguns are as cheap as you'll ever get them. I am constantly surprised at where prices are now.
AR-15's in particular.
Don't wait, go and buy NOW. You won't regret it, you'll only regret not buying when the next crisis hits and lowers are $500, BCG's are behind on manufacturing, and people are buying/selling entry-level AR's for 2k again.
Concentrate on the firearm and bullets. You will always be able to get scopes, red dots, and accessories.

SA prodigy. 1911-type, with polymer grip/chassis. mags range from 17-rd, 20-rd, 26 rd, I think.
I shot one of these a couple of months ago. While it's a good gun, nothing about it overly impressed me. Once you get into that range, you can go a couple/few hundred higher and get something much better.
I was actually far more impressed with Springfield's other new offering, the Echelon. That thing was a beast. [Reply]
