Imagine acknowledging the need for help and hiring someone that brings in a wealth of experience to help a young staff grow and being criticized for not struggling through it myself and wasting the team's time till I figure it out. ��*♂️
Imagine being a GM that couldn't recognize his shortcomings prior to hiring him...that was actually only hired as a lure for Rodgers....then paid $250 million +2 drafts for the 19th ranked QB...that wasn't even their first choice.
