Even with a 7th playoff spot, they won’t likely come close. With a QB they’re paying $59 million a year when you include the signing bonus. :-) [Reply]

Not a snowballs chance in hell they overtake the Chiefs and Chargers which means there would have to be 3 teams out of the west. The East will likely have 2 in the bills and fins. The north will probably get the other 2 spots. Sorry blowmo, your season is already over whether you like it or not. [Reply]

Its week 3, anything can happen. The only team who seems like they can survive any injury and still get into the playoffs is Buffalo.
The 3 Wild Cards and the AFC West is still up for grabs for Denver.
Yes, KC has Mahomes and Reid, but they also have OBJ and Wylie at tackle and a bunch of JAGs at WR. They're not the same explosive team they've been in the past. They don't have Hill drawing the attention of a defense, opening up massive passing windows for everyone else. The Chiefs' receivers are going to be well covered, Mahomes is going to throw more picks this year. This isn't 2018-2021 anymore. KC doesn't have this thing wrapped up before the season has been played out. [Reply]

I realize you don't watch the games, but this is a terrible take even for you. [Reply]

KC will be fine. They will win the West, or make the playoffs as a WC. Right now they are in the driver's seat for the division.
Denver will be anything but fine. No way in hell Denver even sniffs the playoffs. No way in hell they finish above .500. They are a bad football team with bad coaching and will finish LAST, again. And you are a fool and will be gone by the end of October.
The more things change, the more they remain the same...:-)

Imagine saying this about the Chiefs when your favorite team is the Broncos. [Reply]

Your coach looks terrible. He has no idea what he’s doing.
25 penalties in 2 games, constant delay of games even at home (did you see the crowd helping?), he made a terrible mistakes not knowing if he wanted to punt or go for it.
He’s getting clowned but Andy Reid dude. You need to accept that. There’s no way in hell he’s going to outcoached us.
And Russ looks as bad as he’s ever looked. Your red zone offense has been horrific and your OL has already given up 5 sacks and 15 QB hits in 2 games against weak pass rush units.
This isn’t ending well for you Knowmo. You’re deluding yourself [Reply]

How is the AFC West up for grabs, especially for Denver? You lost to the terrible Seahawks and almost lost to the equally terrible Texans. How on earth do you think you will pull out a win against the Chiefs or Chargers? You might get lucky and split with the Raiders. You can bring up all the stats you want for KC, but in spite of their OLine and “average” receivers they blew out the Cardinals and beat a LAC team that is at worst the third best team in the AFC and a top 5 team in the NFL. Your team barely squeaks out wins against bottom feeders regardless of what pointless stat you produce to make them look better than they are. [Reply]

When you're learning a new cadence, a new offense and are playing together for the first time - due to not playing in the preaseason - you're going to have false start and delay of game penalties. The playcalling from Hackett has been pretty good, he just hasn't been making decisions fast enough. It will come.
Our OL has been pretty good. It's KC who has issues there:
Whatever happens with Russell Wilson this season (and beyond), he finally got what he's been asking for for years: an offensive line pic.twitter.com/JZYK923hsg
