The mighty Bills from Buffalo will take the AFC this year.
For two decades I watched people say the Patriots window was closed, that their time was dwindling, that it was all over… seemingly every time those predictions happened, the Patriots went and won another Super Bowl.
A lot of doom talk simply because we lost to the Bengals in the playoffs. Let us not forget that the Bills watched their brother DIE on the field just a few weeks prior. Their heart was simply not in it. If it had been, the Bills would have captured the AFC last year.
The Bills have won 2 of their last 3 in Arrowhead and they’re ready to make it 3 of the last 4.

Buffalo's owner was so dumb he hired Sean McDermottt, a defensive assistant with no front office experience and allowed him to run the 2017 draft as the general manager.
The year that the greatest QB talent to ever play in the NFL came out. What did Mcdermott do?
He wanted Mitch Trubisky and when he was gone traded away the pick to KC so he could drop down and acquire a nice scheme fit corner for his defense.

If he had another MVP and 2 titles we could at least discuss it but he has won NOTHING even with a better defense than Mahomes over the course of their careers
I will say that he probably deserved MVP over Lamar last season. [Reply]

It was literally claimed that "Andy Reid CAN'T win the big one." Not that he hasn't, it was that he CAN'T.

The funny part is right now "Allen is king!!!!" when it was only two weeks ago when he set the record for lowest completion percentage in a game.
Speaking of alt universes...
I was sitting around bored this morning and i read about how dickie was going on about Josh being the best so i thought, i wonder what an average season looks like for each QB. So i grabbed my spreadsheet (get ur mind outta the gutter) and threw some numbers together.
Keep in mind, this doesn't really settle anything except to show that Pat is so far above everyone else, in every scenario--regular season/playoffs/average/etc--it's kind of silly to think about comparing anyone to him.
So that said, here we go. If you take every game these QBs have played and average it all out to a 17 game season here's how it looks. Vertically is the category, att/comp td/int, etc. Horizontally is their "average season" based on all the games they've played. I color coded who was 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each category and who was worst in each category. The table on the right is their total number of 1s, 2s, etc and the number on the bottom is those rankings added up. You obv want that number to be the smallest, ie, you're 1st or 2nd in most areas.
Looks like Joshy didn't get any 1s, 2s or 3s, while just about everyone else did. Except for poor Tlaw who is just utterly bad.
Anyway, i'm a numbers guy and i like doing this for shits and giggs and may you do too...or don't. Whatev. Check it out.
