Hell, it shouldn't even be that hard to accept. Unless you're a complete know nothing dumbass like knowmo the realization that Hackett was a truly awful hire should've already slapped you across the face multiple times. Even if we disregard the already legendarily bad clock management, there's a distinct lack of preparation, discipline, and just outright common sense that permeates all 3 units of the Broncos. That starts at the top.

As a Chiefs an I have to say...I thought he was pretty damn close!

They hired the guy in an attempt to acquire Rodgers. This thing was a failure from the start.

They're still shitty.

Hackett just has to make quicker decisions and get the plays in faster. It will come.

Russell Wilson has been a steadying force for us offensively. Seriously, Russ is PERFECT for this team. His temperament is exactly what this team needs.
Even when you had Surtain and Jeudy your team scored like 6 points……against an awful Texans team. I honestly think the Broncos might get lucky and split with the Raiders. I see no way at this point they even come close to KC or the LAC (unless Herbert is out). Your team is an embarrassment right now yet somehow you keep missing it as you prop up pointless stats like yard per play.

When you get teed up with 2 of the bottom 5 teams in the league and have to hold on for dear life to a win in your home opener…it’s gonna be a brutal season. I just hope they can stay relevant enough to not be completely out of it by the time we play them. It’s been a long time since we’ve gotten to remind the Broncos they suck. They’ve known it for too long now. I was hoping they would stay relevant enough to keep the fans cocky into December, but it’s obviously not looking like that will happen. I kind of miss the football rivalry we had with them. I don’t even remember the last meaningful game we played against them now.
Not me. I love it when they suck early and their season is over in October. The sooner, the better. This year will be especially joyous when it happens, because all the DonkTards thought they had something. Guess what? Same as it ever was and October is right around the corner! :-)

This.

Only reason he was hired. Period.

The last minute pivot to RW was an attempt to save face and make it look like they wanted him all along. Everybody knew this.

He was clearly not ready to be a head coach. But they were hoping the QB play of the future HOFer would cover up for his inadequacies. But he's not here . . . . . . and it has not. RW isn't Aaron Rodgers. That much is clear.

If the Donkos front office KNEW ahead of time that they weren't going to get ARod, absolutely ZERO chance they hire Hackett to be their head coach.

That's the reality. And one the Donkos are stuck with (at least for this season).

The Broncos had been in negotiations with the Seahawks a month prior to the Wilson announcement. There was no "last minute switch" as you state. There is also no evidence that NH was hired only because of the potential Rodgers movement. You are of course allowed to think that. I give you permission. However, that doesn't make it true.

Hackett is a disaster, yes, but it's also easily fixable. Far more concerning is just how poorly Russ and the offensive unit have performed against two teams with an absolute dearth of talent defensively. What's going to happen when they face teams that can actually cover or have legit passrushing threats?

You guys paid similar money to Patrick Mahomes to this man and gave up draft picks.

Now you’re not just bad….you’re expensive bad
Russ must've had at least 5-7 dropped passes. Unlike Mahomes, it's not the defense who's dropping them, either.

Spoiler!

There's some beachfront property in Arizona that has your name on it.

Even Russ' INT was due to a dropped pass by Sutton

Wait. You insisted this was one of the best WR corps in the NFL. You can’t help but contradict yourself.
