As a spinoff to the successful NFL Network's version of this and from the drama thread, it has come to fruition that this thread must be created.

Each day Hootie will reveal a member starting with 101 and working his way in order to number 1. I will update the OP as I see the names revealed.

*Warning this thread may cause a severe case of butthurt*

Let it begin!!

You and some waitresses got down with some Twinkies? Nice. I'm surprised you didn't write about any of those stories on Hamas's sex thread.

I used to be a "People Person", big time, when I was younger. Now, not so much. And in all honesty at my age, I really don't care to befriend people that work outside of my industry because that's where I feel most comfortable. If I have free time (which is rare these days), I enjoy talking about what I do and the various aspects of that business.

Of course I'm referring to my free time outside of this forum, which for who knows why, I've been sucked in like bad CGI in "The Day After Tomorrow" and can't get out.

My kids were making fun of me a few days ago on the way to golf, and I thought of you. I had my CD in my car playing and one of my favorite movie soundtracks came on, followed by Omar Faruk Tekbilek's Chocco.

That's not a particularly interesting thought.

The Average Joe likes certain celebrities because, to Joe, enjoying their work is a personal experience. Therefore, it seems natural that somebody that created something that touched you -- be it music, film, reality TV, or even models -- is potential a soul brother/sister in the making.

I don't disagree with your notion that this doesn't mean much in terms of actual bonding. But the fact people feel this way makes perfect sense.

I bailed on meeting Shatner last weekend. Basically all I wanted to do was shake his hand and tell him that he's great, then go on my way. Not an option. First, I would have had to pay to see a movie I'd already seen twice, then either pay $50 for an autograph which I already have or $50 for a photo which I don't need, and apparently if you try to touch him he calls security. So it just didn't seem worth it. Plus, if he'd been a jackass, it would have bothered me. So I took a pass.

I've heard that Shatner can be a douche in person. Seems like the two people I've heard this the most about are Shatner and Tommy Lee Jones.

He was a busy man last weekend. I, too, didn't care enough to pay to meet him.

Who the fuck would want to meet or hang out with Lee Jones?

I just look at it this way - the guy's in his 80s, and has been signing autographs and getting his picture taken for two straight days. Reasonable to assume he's not going to be in the best of moods by the time I wander up.

Most likely, someone who is hunting "manbearpig" and is seeking possible "inside" information as to how to find him.

Oh Man! Well, I'm both happy and sad for you. Happy because most likely he would have been a jackass but sad that you didn't get to meet him.

I hate to say it but it's probably for the best. Keep the "idea" of Shatner intact instead of having it shattered forever.

I did drive past the theater. So I can say I was about 40 feet from Shatner. :-)

You know who's a cool as fuck celebrity?

Jeremy Bulloch.

I got his autograph about 10 years ago and I was wearing a t-shirt with the mysterious logo Boba Fett wears on his left shoulder pauldron. Bulloch got all interested in my shirt and told me he really liked it. He's all "into" the big cult following for Boba Fett...and the fans made him his own version of the armor, gave it to him for free, and he wears it around sometimes I guess...:-)
