I think it’s pretty telling that Russ is a supposed elite QB but doesn’t have 100% of the league’s respect. There’s not just a small minority of players who don’t respect him— it’s more like half and half.

Douches like Cowherd can call Wilson’s shtick corny and harmless all they want, but grown ass men encounter Wilson on and off the field and they’re downright repulsed by his fake personality and cringey antics. And you just know there are already guys in that Denver locker room who can’t fucking stand him but have to keep their traps shut.
